One of the many things that the people in elected office do, is to make the error that free speech triumphs the liberty of others.  Persons who abuse the US Constitution to behave badly while spouting bigotry always scream "free speech".

There is no such Constitutional grantee, simply put, the US constitution does not guarantee that one can spout whatever one wants.

As a holder of public office ask yourself this question, under what circumstances would you allow the right of others to be trampled on by the many, or the few?
